Inventory Planner
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, with up to 1-2 days remote).
Travel: (5-30% travel may be required)

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to join our team at pH-D Feminine Health and Vireo Systems. This role will focus on managing raw material inventory levels, ensuring the timely and efficient production of goods, and optimizing inventory flow to meet production demands. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure production continuity.
- Track and report on inventory turnover, excess stock, and obsolete items.
- Collaborate with production teams to align inventory levels with production capacity and timelines.
- Analyze production and inventory data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Establish and execute inventory replenishment strategies for each location, ensuring that reorder points, safety stock levels, and lead times are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure the availability of raw materials on time.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, stock availability, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover at each location.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure accurate lead times and inventory replenishment.
- Ensure raw materials are managed at all internal and external manufacturing sites to avoid any downtime.
- Continuously evaluate inventory management and production processes for efficiency improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain management roles, preferably within the consumer product industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Intuiflow, etc.)
- High analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours.
- Walking, bending, light lifting to 30 lbs.
